A woman who has admitted kicking someone in the head missed being sentenced yesterday as she was in intensive care.
Joanne Moriarty, of Hart Street, Oxford, was due to be sentenced for the March 2012 assault at Oxford Crown Court on Friday but was too ill to appear.
The court heard she was a patient in the John Radcliffe Hospital and the case was adjourned until Monday, July 14.
