CITY councillor Bob Price will be re-confirmed as the leader of Oxford City Council next week.
The Labour councillor for Hinksey Park, pictured, was elected last year for a four-year term. His continuing role will be confirmed at the annual council meeting next Monday, after his party increased its majority at the local elections on May 22.
Mr Price has been leader of the city council since 2008 and a councillor since 1983. The meeting will take place in the Town Hall at 4pm.
