LIGHT pollution in Oxford will be the focus of a public discussion, and residents are invited to attend.
Oxfordshire’s Community Action Group network will host the public talk at the Turl Street Kitchen on Wednesday, June 18.
The discussion will follow a film screening on the subject of light pollution.
The City Dark is a documentary about the impact of light pollution and the disappearing night sky for city dwellers.
The film screening will run from 6.30pm to 8pm, and the discussion about Oxford’s relationship to the environment will follow.
The evening is free and open to all.
