A PREGNANT teenager woke up in a strange house after a night out and was sexually assaulted by two men, a jury has heard.

The girl broke down yesterday at Oxford Crown Court as she listened to a 999 call in which she pleads with police: “Come quickly, I need your help’’.

Abigail Husbands, prosecuting, told the jury the teenager was assaulted twice after she woke up on a sofa in a shared house in Cowley Road, Oxford, in the early hours of December 17, 2011.

Bilal Ahmed and Mustafa Ahmed are on trial accused of sexual assault, while Bilal’s cousin Zeeshan Ahmed has been charged with perverting the course of justice.

Miss Husbands said: “She recalls being in a living room area and she was lying on her back on the sofa.

“She remembers having another drink but then fell asleep and can’t remember much from then on.’’

The barrister said the girl woke up and 26-year-old Mustafa Ahmed, of London, was sexually assaulting her while Bilal Ahmed, 27, was in the room.

Miss Husbands said: “She didn’t know what to do – she didn’t know where she was so couldn’t call for a taxi, she knew she was on the Cowley Road, but didn’t know where.’’

She said Bilal Ahmed, of Maidenhead, then subjected the girl to a further sexual assault, before she escaped to the toilet and called the police.

The barrister said after the two men were arrested, Bilal’s cousin Zeeshan, 28, of Palmer Road, Wood Farm, Oxford, told her she would be shot if she didn’t stop talking to the police.

Giving evidence, the girl said: “I didn’t know whether he was serious and I was pregnant at the time.

“I was very fearful for my baby’s life.”

All three defendants deny the charges.

The case continues.
