  1. Nicola Percival, 54, of Dorchester Crescent, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station in Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on November 29. Fined £240, told to pay a £24 victims’ surcharge, and £200 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
  2. Chelsie Hook, 18, of no fixed address, convicted of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Oxford on February 14. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs.
  3. Laurence Maddock, 53, of Frethern Close, Burford, admitted speeding at 57mph in a 40mph zone on the A40 at Great Milton on July 27. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge. Licence endorsed with four points.
  4. Michael Markiewicz, 36, of Barwell, Wantage, convicted of driving while using a mobile phone and driving without insurance and a licence on the A338 at Frilford on November 1. Fined a total of £1,000, told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Joanne Somerville, 47, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence between October 4 and November 1.   12. Mark Burnett, 33, of Swan Gardens, Tetsworth, admitted speeding at 48mph in a 30mph zone in East Oxford, on January 7. Fined £155, told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, and costs of £65. Licence endorsed with five points.
  13. Robin Clarke, 21, of Barton Village Road, Headington, admitted speeding at 49mph in a 30mph limit in Bayswater Road, Oxford, on November 27. Fined £150 and told to pay £65 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.
  14. Ahara Annesley, 22, of Mill Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause alarm or distress in George Street, Oxford, on March 6. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  15. Luke Grant, 27, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £208 worth of Hugo Boss fragrance from Debenhams in Oxford on November 7 and £86 worth of perfume on Christmas Eve. Also admitted stealing £137 worth of spirits from the Co-op at Templars Square, Cowley, on January 4 and two bottles of Bacardi, worth £30m, from Tesco, Cowley Road, on May 2 while subject to a suspended sentence made for theft made at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on December 19. Given a six-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months and ordered to have drug rehabilitation treatment for six months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge.
  16. Pharez Kumar, 18, of Fogwell Road, Oxford, admitted taking a pedal cycle without consent in Milton Road, Oxford, and interfering with a Mercedes on Ridgefield Road on September 25. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £100 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  17. Kevin Ndirangu, 24, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in George Street, Oxford, on March 23 while subject to a conditional discharge given at Oxford Magistrates’ Court for possession of cannabis on April 30. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.
  18. Laurence Whittaker, 22, of Staunton Road, Headington, admitted assaulting a woman and causing actual bodily harm in Oxford on March 27. Given a six-month prison sentence suspended for two years and ordered to participate in a domestic violence programme for 90 days. Also ordered to pay £300 compensation, £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  19. Martyn Ayres, 42, of Eaton Road, Appleton, near Abingdon, admitted exceeding the 50mph limit on the A34 at Oxford on November 2. Fined £365 and ordered to pay a £37 victims’ surcharge, £65 costs and licence endorsed with six points.
  20. Bridie-Ann Hawker, 64, of Spring Lane, Aston Tirrold, near Didcot, admitted exceeding the 30mph limit on a road in Denham, Buckinghamshire, on November 9. Fined £215 and ordered to pay a £22 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.
  21. Adam Hayle, 36, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, admitted speeding in St Giles, Oxford, on September 23. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge. Licence endorsed with four points.
