A taxi driver in his 20s was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital on Tuesday night after being involved in a crash.
The collision happened when the man was driving his black cab northbound on Oxpens Road, Oxford.
He was in collision with a woman driving a Ford Fiesta near the St Thomas Street junction.
South Central Ambulance Service said the taxi driver was taken to hospital with back injuries.
Two Thames Valley Police cars attended the scene.
The Oxford Mail has asked Thames Valley Police for more information on two separate occasions, but received no response.
