A 29-year-old died from severe head injuries after his car span out of control on the M40.
Warren Stone of Upway Road, Oxford, was returning from London soon after 5am on May 5 when his Vauxhall Astra drifted to the central verge of the M40 between junctions six and seven, Oxfordshire Coroners’ Court heard yesterday.
Coroner Darren Salter said Mr Stone, who was due to marry his fiancée, Amy Bothwell in September, died after suffering severe head injuries. A full inquest into his death will be held on November 11.
