WHAT a treat for the young people of Douglas House.
A Royal visit is always a special occasion but it must have been a delight for the brave young adults in the house.
The Duchess of Cornwall was heartfelt and caring as she met hospice residents.
She made plenty of time to talk to them and listen to their stories.
And the children will have enjoyed the excitement as a live band entertained them and the Duchess.
While sometimes the Royal Family can appear disconnected from the people, visits such as these show their caring nature.
