A fire in the basement of a Thame stationery shop saw four fire engines called out on Saturday.
Firefighters were called to Glynswood of Thame, High Street at about 8am.
Crews put out the blaze with the help of thermal imaging cameras.
The basement was damaged and the ground floor suffered smoke damage, but the fire did not spread to any neighbouring buildings.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said it is not being treated as suspicious.
