Delays after manhole collapses at Cutteslowe Roundabout
A COLLAPSED manhole at the Cutteslowe Roundabout is causing traffic delays.
Emergency repairs have closed one lane on the westbound carriageway of the Elsfield Way A40.
Queueing is reported to be back down the Northern Bypass.
