A four-year-old girl who was run over in Oxford remains in a serious condition in hospital.
The girl, who has not been named, was in a collision with a red Hyundai while riding her bike in Between Towns Road, Cowley, yesterday morning.
She was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Thames Valley Police inspector Paul Beaney said: “Her injuries are not life-threatening, but she is in a serious condition.
“She is stable and comfortable.”
The girl is understood to have been with her family when the accident happened at 10.50am.
No one has been charged in connection with the incident.
