IT WAS a perfect pastoral springtime scene — in the centre of Oxford.
Our photographer Neil Braggins caught this family of geese strolling through Oxpens Meadow on Thursday morning.
He said: “I don’t know how often a mother goose has a brood of 10 but it seemed quite a lot to me.
“They were very calm, the only time the mother became protective was when other geese got too close.”
