A homeless man has denied carrying out an assault and three public order offences.
David Goodwin, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty yesterday to the crimes in Oxford Magistrates’ Court.
The 49-year-old is accused of carrying out the offences on March 10 and March 11 in Speedwell Street in Oxford.
He will now stand trial on July 7.
