A 37-year-old man has appeared at Oxford Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to two rapes and one attempted rape.
Zilvinas Ruzgas, of Odessa Road, London, has been charged over an incident which allegedly took place on December 13 last year in Botley Road, Oxford, involving a 22-year-old woman.
Ruzgas was bailed and is due to return to the court for a trial on August 18.
Two 35-year-old men and a 42-year-old man arrested after the incident were released last month without charge.
