Designers let imaginations run riot for concept show
6:30am Monday 10th March 2014 in News
IT might not look like the sort of thing you would wear to the supermarket, but at Oxford Fashion Week’s concept show this weekend, this outfit – modelled by Sonia Cook – certainly did not look out of place.
This particular dress was designed by Anoosh – one of 20 designers taking part in the show at the Randolph Hotel, in Beaumont Street, on Saturday.
Designers came from as far afield as South Korea and Ukraine.
Yesterday’s couture show marked the end of this year’s fashion week.
Carl Anglim, inset, the fashion week’s director, said: “I am really pleased with how the week has gone.
“I think this is our most successful year ever in terms of attendances, designers and the overall production.”
