Paul Faulkner opened the scoring with a cross-shot into the top corner, before Ian Roberts bagged their second.
East crashed a 20-yard thunderbolt into the top corner, with Craig Hanlon grabbing their fourth after the break.
East netted No 5, with Stuart Ells completing their tally with Bletchingdon's sixth after good work from Tommy Gaughan.
In the Premier Division, Charlton United had a day to forget as they crashed to a 4-0 defeat against Oxford University Press. The result saw then drop into the relegation zone.
