Uncertainty over HMV store

thisisoxfordshire: The Cornmarket HMV store The Cornmarket HMV store

THE future of the HMV store in Oxford's Cornmarket Street remains uncertain.

The music chain said the store would close at the end of this month and a spokeswoman said yesterday that the situation has not changed.

However, there has been a suggestion on the store’s twitter feed that managers are seeking a new location in the city.

HMV spokeswoman Laura Thomas said: “At present there is no further update regarding the Oxford store.”
