MORRISONS has taken out a 20-year lease on its site in Cowley Road, Oxford.

The supermarket chain, which opened the convenience store in December, will pay £70,000 a year for the site at 381 Cowley Road.

Savills let the 5,130sq ft premises to the supermarket chain on behalf of a private landlord.

Savills director Nick Berrill said: “We are pleased with the letting to Morrison which is a strong national operator.”
