Police caught dozens of drivers speeding, using mobile phones, or not wearing seatbelts in St Giles yesterday.

Thames Valley Police stopped 51 cars for speeding between 8am and 10am, the fastest of which was going 38mph in the 20mph zone. A total of 15 travelling over 31mph were given a fixed penalty notice, while those doing under 30mph were given a warning. Another 14 cars were stopped for either using phones while driving or not wearing seatbelts and got penalty notices.
