John Radcliffe Hospital
The man who fell to his death at the John Radcliffe Hospital last week has been named as David Brooks.
The 58-year-old died at the Headington hospital’s West Wing last Wednesday.
An inquest into his death is due to open at Oxfordshire Coroner’s Court today.
