Indecent images charge
A 76-year-old man has appeared in court charged with making indecent images of children.
Professor Ian Bentley, of Park Town, Oxford, faces two counts of making a total of 22 indecent images between August 2007 and September 2011.
He did not enter a plea on Friday during his appearance at Oxford Crown Court and will appear again on February 14 this year.
Bentley was released on bail.
