Luke Mitchell, 26, of Brooklime Walk, Oxford, admitted failed to provide a specimen for analysis at St Aldate’s police station, Oxford, on January 2. Also admitted stealing a bottle of Lambrini worth £4.29 from the BP Garage in Oxford Road, Cowley, on January 1. Fined £180, £4.29 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with 10 points.

Mark Pawley, 21, of Blenheim Drive, Bicester, admitted possession of cocaine and cannabis in Market End Way, Bicester, on March 25. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Kevin Wood, 41, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting a bottle of wine worth £8.99 from Tesco in Oxford on January 2. Sent to prison for 12 weeks due to record.

Amjad Mohammed, 33, of Randall Street, Cowley, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a leg of lamb worth £17.14 from Tesco on December 16. Fined £70, £20 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs.

Julie Grant, 41, of Webbs Close, Wolvercote, Oxford, admitted burglary after stealing a purse containing £200 cash in Godstow Road, Wolvercote, on December 4. Given a six-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also given a drug rehabilitation with supervision. Told to pay £300 compensation and an £80 victims’ surcharge.

Anibal Ferreira Jnr, 47, admitted driving his car in Witney High Street without valid insurance on January 4. Given an absolute discharge and driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Jake Orwa, 20, of The Fairway, Banbury, admitted damaging a £1,000 glass window of Master Kebabs in Banbury High Street on December 15. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £520 compensation and £85 costs.

Stephen Rushmer, 49, of no fixed address, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour at Porch Steppin’ Stone centre, Oxford, on January 3. Fined £50 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge.

Timothy Reynolds, 52, of Heath Lane, Bladon near Woodstock, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for police at Banbury Police Station on September 8. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £250 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for three years.

Paul Armstrong, 33, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by contacting a woman he was prohibited from contacting in Oxford on January 3. Given a community order with a two-month curfew between 8pm and 5am and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jeffery Bennett, 49, of Oxford Night Shelter, admitted assaulting officers, PCSO Helen Duffield, and PCs Phillpot and Fisher in St Clement’s, Oxford, on November 20. Given a 10-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also given a 12-month supervision with drug rehabilitation. Ordered to pay £35 compensation for each assault.

Daniel Westlake, 20, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, admitted being vagrant at White House Road, Oxford, on December 3 and failing to answer bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court. Jailed for four weeks, combined with a suspended term from 2013 making 28 weeks total.
