POWER has now been restored to 15 properties in Henry Road, Oxford, which have been without power this afternoon.
But engineers from Southern Electric remain on site after restoring the power after four hours at around 8pm because the fault has been recurring.
The residents of Henry Road were also without power on January 1 and January 12.
Southern Electric spokesman Sam O’Connor said: “It is a fault with the cable which is causing the fuse to blow at the substation. Engineers are carrying out investigation work and we would like to thank the residents for their patience.”
