Four men accused of assaulting a man in Gloucester Green appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
Jack Lawrenson, 24, of Liverpool, Martyn Twist, 32, of Knowsley, Neil McManus, of Bootle and Rory Owens, 23, of Bootle, are all charged with affray on April 26, 2013.
All four men are charged with the assault by beating of Nykyta Vydaiko outside a kebab shop.
McManus and Twist are also accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on Vardan Sarkisyan. McManus and Lawrenson are charged with destroying property at Cote Brasserie. The next hearing is due to take place on Friday, February 28.
