An Oxford biochemist has suggested dinosaurs could theoretically be brought back to life.
Dr Alison Woollard, from Oxford University’s department of biochemistry, said that it could be possible to turn back evolution by accessing dormant genes.
The Royal Institution’s Life Fantastic Christmas Lectures, presented by Dr Woollard, will be broadcast on BBC Four from Saturday, at 8pm.
