A CLINIC, which has grown from one treatment room three years ago to one with three treatment rooms and a functional rehabilitation gym, has been opened by the mayor of Bicester, Melanie Magee.

Williamson Chiropractic and Sports Injuries Clinic was started in 2011 by married couple Dr Jill, 33, and Dr John Williamson, 31, both doctors of Chiropractic – at Gobles Court, Market Square. It has been built and consolidated to include an associate massage therapist and an aesthetic nurse practitioner.

Opening it Mrs Magee said she was pleased to see a “promising and positive new business offering a service for the health and wellbeing of Bicester residents”.

“The existing clinic patients I have spoken to this evening obviously find its services valuable; it has great new facilities and is in the heart of the town,” she added.

Dr John Williamson speaking at the opening said he wanted to thank everyone who had helped the clinic do well – family, friends and loyal patients who had recommended them and added to their success.

The doctors are healthcare professionals who diagnose, treat and help prevent muscle, bones and joints disorders. They sponsor Bicester Rugby Club and the Linda’s Ladies Running Club. They are part of the British Masters Medical Services team – treating professional athletes nationally and internationally.
