Three properties in Oxford were burgled over the space of two days.

Two were in Little Bury, Blackbird Leys, between last Tuesday and Wednesday.

Cigarettes, alcohol, cash and an ornamental knife were among the items stolen.

Then on Wednesday between 3pm and 6.30pm a burglar smashed a patio door to get inside a home in St Peters Road, Wolvercote.

Police said nothing was stolen but asked for witnesses to call 101 with information on any of the burglaries.
