HE became the youngest undisputed World Chess Champion in 1985 at the age of just 22. Former chess grandmaster Garry Kasparov has been in Oxford discussing the interaction between people and technology. The Russian chess player and political activist visited the Oxford Martin School, in Broad Street, last week to discuss the future potential of human-machine collaboration.
He said: “We need to combine our creativity and imagination with the immense power of computers. I am a great believer that talent exists everywhere; it’s about our ability or inability to discover it.”
