Susan Cox, 38, of Brasenose Driftway, Oxford, admitted shoplifting bedding worth £8 from Asda Living at Templars Shopping Park, in Between Towns Road, Cowley, Oxford, on October 1. Fined £65, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Robert Lee, 33, of Champion Way, Littlemore, Oxford admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Water Eaton on July 25. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.

Mark Hankinson, 45, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing meat worth £45.53 from the Co-op in London Road, Headington on September 12. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.

Mariusz Orzazewski, 27, of Liddells Road, Didcot, admitted stealing car registration plates worth £30 in Priory Lodge car park in Borough Avenue, Wallingford, on February 26, and plates worth £50 from the Wheatsheaf pub in Wantage Road, Didcot, on March 11. Admitted making off without paying for £88.59 worth of fuel at Esso service station in Thame on March 12 and £85.15 worth of fuel from the BP garage at Milton Heights on March 3. Also admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on the A4130 at Milton Heights, on March 3. Also admitted making off without paying for £80.18 worth of fuel from the BP garage in Oxford Road, Benson, on March 18. Sent to prison for 22 weeks and banned from driving for six months.

Evaldas Vicas, 30, of Ellesmere Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Oxford on November 5. Community order made and told to do 80 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Told to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Rebecca Smith, 23, of Grunsell Close, Headington, Oxford, admitted possession of a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason or lawful authority in Roppongi Music Bar in George Street, Oxford, on November 5. Community order made and told to do 60 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

James Butterworth, 34, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting meat worth £46.88 from Midcounties Cooperative in Walton Street, Oxford, on November 14. Fined £50 and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Leah Bennett, 25, of Palmer Road, Faringdon, admitted stealing food worth £4.60 from Tesco, in Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 15. Given a six-month conditional discharged and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Anthony Hohmann, 27, of Burford, admitted drink-driving and driving without insurance on the A361 in Burford on October 28. Fined £640, ordered to pay a £44 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs, and disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

Antony Begley, 27, of Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, at Vineyard on September 11. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Carmina Mockridge, 67, of Ashfield Road, Carterton, admitted drink-driving in Ashfield Road on September 27. Had 143 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood over the legal limit of 80mg. Fined £110 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from driving for 12 months.

Christine White, 60, of Elm Drive, Chinnor, admitted drink-driving in Church Lane, Chinnor, on November 1. Had 76 micrograms in 100ml of breath, over the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given an 18-month driving ban.

James Bisson, 25, of Sage Walk, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a pedal cycle and provoking violence with racially or religiously-aggravated words or behaviour in Blackbird Leys on April 30. Given a 15-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also given a 12-month supervision period requiring in a course to manage alcohol-related aggression for 10 days.

David Collison, 38, of Blackstock Close, Headington, Oxford, admitted attempting to steal an oven worth £118.99 in Garsington on September 20. Given a community order with a one-month curfew between 8pm and 6am. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Geraldine Hine, 46, of Bluebell Way, Carterton, admitted drink-driving in School Lane, Chilson, near Charlbury, on October 1. Had 112 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, over the legal limit of 107 mg. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from driving for 12 months.

Stephen Rushmer, 49, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 4. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Luther Street, Oxford, on November 14. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Richie Soden, 25, of Westbury Crescent, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on Botley Road, Oxford, on October 14. Given a six-month driving ban and made subject to a community order with 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.

Nicholas Weaving, 39, of Springfield Road, Wantage, admitted causing racially or religiously-aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by words or writing on October 5 in Wantage. Fined £100 and made subject to an exclusion order for 12 months, preventing entrance to The Swan pub in Wantage. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Westlake, 19, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, admitted stealing fragrances worth £72 from Debenhams in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on November 14. Given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, because of a long list of similar previous convictions. Made subject to a supervision requirement for 12 months and a curfew requirement for three months. Told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Grant, 47, of Milestone Road, Carterton, admitted possessing cannabis or cannabis resin, a Class B drug, in Carterton on June 28. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Victor Armada, 20, of Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, on November 1. Had 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given an 18-month driving ban and fined £200. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ashley Nimmo, 25, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a North Face jacket worth £180 from Blacks, in St Aldate’s, Oxford on November 1. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months imposed on July 11 by Oxford Magistrates’ Court. Fined £70 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
