An Oxfordshire con artist who tricked firms into donating money to a non-existent cancer charity has admitted another theft charge.
David Solomon, 35, pictured, of Kimmeridge Road, Cumnor, yesterday admitted the theft of £142 worth of Xbox games and household items from Sainsbury’s in Heyford Hill on September 3.
Solomon appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court in custody after he failed to show up for his hearing on Tuesday.
Magistrates yesterday adjourned his sentencing until November 27, when he will also be sentenced for four counts of fraud and another of theft. He was granted conditional bail.
