Teen needed stitches after city centre attack

A 19-year-old needed stitches in hospital to a cut on his ear after a man hit him on the head.
Police have arrested a 20-year-old Oxford man after the assault in Lower Fisher Row in the centre of Oxford at 3.10am on Tuesday.
The man has been bailed until Wednesday, October 30, pending further inquiries.
Pc Paul Jones asked anyone with information about the attack to call police on 101. He said the attacker was white, in his 20s, and wearing dark clothing.
