TWO men accused of murder in a North Yorkshire seaside town have appeared before magistrates.
Kevin Pickering, 29, and David White, 34, are jointly accused of the murder of 41-year-old Jonathan Binns at an address in Eastborough last week.
Pickering, of Royal Crescent, Scarborough, and White, of Queens Terrace, Scarborough, appeared before magistrates in the town yesterday, also charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
Nicholas Polihronos, 30, of Stoney Haggs Rise, Seamer, and James Cousins, 30, of Woodland Street, Manchester, also appeared before magistrates charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. Polihronos is also accused of assisting an offender.
No pleas were entered, and all four were remanded in custody. All four are due to appear before Leeds Crown Court tomorrow.
