Driver hurt in coach collision

A driver needed hospital treatment yesterday following a collision with a single-decker coach.

The accident, involving a black BMW and the Charlton Services vehicle, happened at about 7.35am in Woodeaton Road, Woodeaton.

Thames Valley Police spokesman Rhianne Pope said the BMW driver was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford after suffering suspected non-life threatening neck injuries.

There were no passengers on the coach at the time.
