STAFF at the Mind charity offices have thanked emergency services for their efforts investigating a suspicious package.
The charity’s Cowley Road offices were evacuated after a holdall containing a powder was found at the back of the building.
Police and firefighters were called to investigate on Wednesday but the bag turned out to contain chick pea flour.
