Suspicious package sparks alert at Oxford charity

A SUSPICIOUS package has sparked an alert at an Oxford charity.
Two fire engines and seven police officers were sent to the scene at Oxfordshire Mind on Cowley Road at around 1.35pm and investigations are still ongoing.
Sniffer dogs were also seen in the area.
The road was closed for approximately ten minutes but re-opened when it was established there wasn’t a serious threat.
