Plans to demolish buildings in Cowley Road, Oxford, and create new shops, offices and student rooms have won planning permission.
Oxford City Council approved proposals for 220 and 222 Cowley Road. The applicant wants to demolish existing buildings and replace them with shops, offices and 18 student rooms
