POLICE are seeking a pony-tailed Land Rover driver in connection with an assault on a pensioner in Oxford.
The incident happened in Blue Boar Street at about 8.10pm on Tuesday.
The 72-year-old victim was not seriously injured but was described as badly shaken.
The offender is described as dark skinned, aged 25-35 and had his hair in a pony tail.
