CHILDREN experimented with water, acids, and thermometers to understand global warming at a Science Oxford workshop.
The half-term event at the London Place attraction taught youngsters about the effects of climate change and the ocean.
Among the visitors were eight-year-old Dan and Jack McEwan, 10, from Marston, with their parents Emma Howell and Donald McEwan.
Dan said: “It was very hands on, and really fun.
“We got to fiddle about with acid and temperatures and add it to the water to see what was happening to the ocean.”
