The annual meeting of the Oxford-Bicester Rail Action Group will be held tomorrow.
Topics include arrangements for alternative rail and bus services while the line is closed for work on Chiltern Railways’ plans for a second Oxford-London rail link via Bicester Town, and the East-West Rail project to reopen the Oxford-Bicester-Milton Keynes route.
Modernisation plans for the line from Oxford and Bicester via Islip will be updated by Richard Flindell of Network Rail. Use the Victoria Road door to enter the meeting, at 6.30pm, in the Primary Room at Bicester Methodist Church.
