We are currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator who will be responsible for providing high quality administration to our Supported Housing Team. Undertaking a range of administrative tasks including booking appointments, writing correspondence and answering calls you will ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Additionally, you will facilitate team meetings ensuring agenda and minutes are accurate and available. As a first point of contact for the team you will deal with customer queries, ensuring follow up actions are taken.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT literacy and good working knowledge of the Windows System. Organised with a keen eye for detail, you will be able to write high quality and articulate letters and minutes and have excellent telephone manner. Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential.
