CHARITABLE groups can learn how to get their hands on free cash at an information day.
More than 20 funding bodies, including the Big Lottery Fund and the Jack Petchey Foundation, will be on hand at the Meet the Funders event on Friday.
Visitors will be able to pick up helpful advice about the types of funding available to them.
The event will run from 11am to 4pm at Lewisham Civic Suite, Catford Road, Catford.
It has been organised by Voluntary Action Lewisham (VAL), a body helping the borough's voluntary groups, in partnership with Lewisham Council.
Patsy Leacock, small groups development officer at VAL, said: "We are committed to ensuring both the voluntary and community sector succeeds in fulfiling their objectives.
