SIR - The parking of cars on pavements seems to be the norm these days on the streets of Bradford.
Driving along Duckworth Lane on a number of occasions in the last few days I have observed cars fully mounted on the pavements around the launderette.
Has there been a recent change in the law to facilitate this practice? If not, can we be assured that the police take this breech of the law very seriously and will prosecute offenders?
