AN ORFORD mum has been fined £200 for failing to ensure that her 15-year-old daughter attended lessons at Sir Thomas Boteler High School.
Magistrates heard, on Tuesday, that the daughter only attended 57 out of 114 sessions during the last term of the last school year.
The mum, who cannot be named because the law protects the identity of her daughter, pleaded guilty by post.
