DISABLED youngster Robbie Harvey has been getting all tanked up.
Robbie who is confined to a wheelchair wanted to take part in his school's updated version of Shakespeare's classic, Henry V.
And so Dad, Ian and his friend Johnny Meaghan who both served in the King's Own Scottish Borderers for 20 years set about making a life-like army tank.
In truth it was Johnny who did most of the construction and Ian who took up the paint brush to daub on the camouflaged.
By the end Robbie of Branston Road,Clacton, had a tank complete with gun, catapillar tracks and mud, to fit over his electric wheelchair.
The rehashed play at Coppins Green Primary School was the work of head, Stuart Livingstone.
