m Anthony John Leek, aged 57, of Sedgley Hall Avenue, Sedgley, was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, banned from keeping animals for life and ordered to pay £176 costs on the same charge as above.

m Martyn James Leek, aged 32, of Sedgley Hall Avenue, Sedgley, was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, banned from keeping animals for life and ordered to carry out 150 hours' unpaid work in the community on the same charge as above.

m Katrina Ann Louise Nicholls, aged 18, of Sedgley Hall Avenue, Sedgley, was banned from keeping animals for life, handed a 12-month community order and told to pay £176 costs on the same charge as above.

Also on Thursday March 8: m Christopher Adrian Brogan, aged 49, of Gibbs Road, Brierley Hill, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £87 court costs and £40 compensation for assault.

m Gareth David Walters, aged 18, of Glen Road, Upper Gornal, was handed a 12-month community order and told to carry out 120 hours' unpaid work in the community for possessing a knuckle duster. The defendant was also handed a 12-month community order, to run concurrently, and ordered to pay £43 court costs for possession of cannabis.

m William Alfred Gamble, aged 37, of Tiled House Lane, Brierley Hill, was handed a 12- month community order, ordered to carry out 100 hours' unpaid work in the community and pay £35 costs for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.

m Kevin Munyaradzi Pfute, aged 25, of Compton Court, Swan Street, Netherton, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and was banned from driving for five years for drink driving. He was also ordered to pay £87 court costs for driving without insurance.

m Matthew Adams, aged 20, of Griffin Street, Netherton, was ordered to pay £200 compensation and fined £100 for disposing of controlled waste when not authorised by a waste management licence.

m Raymond Clifford Robinson, aged 49, of Thistle Green Road, Netherton, was handed a 12-month community order and told to carry out 100 hours' unpaid work in the community for dumping garden waste.

The defendant was handed a 12-month community order, to run concurrently, ordered to pay £300 compensation and £50 costs for disposing of controlled waste not authorised by a waste management licence.

m Stephen James Derek Theodisou, aged 22, of Bodmin Court, Brierley Hill, was given a two-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to pay £368 compensation for deception by false representation.

The defendant was also handed a concurrent two-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, for stealing a cheque and letters.

He was handed a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to pay £5 compensation for entering as a trespasser and stealing a brush, mop and bucket worth £5, and was then handed a two-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, for stealing by finding two bunches of Dudley Council keys.

On Friday March 2: m Janet Rollinson, aged 43, of Grainger Street, Dudley, was handed an 18-month community order, to run concurrently to a similar order imposed, for stealing clothing worth £200. She was handed an 18-month community order, to run concurrently, for entering a store from which she was prohibited due to an anti-social behaviour order.

m Ian Stuart Rollinson, aged 34, of Pleasant View, Lower Gornal, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge for jointly stealing clothing worth £200.

m Bridie Angeline Hall, aged 21, of Tennyson Street, Brierley Hill, was handed eight licence points, fined £100 and ordered to pay £150 court costs for allowing another person who was not insured to use their car. The defendant was also fined £50 for jointly obstructing a police officer.

m Hayat Ali, aged 37, of Bunns Lane, Kates Hill, was banned from driving for nine months and fined £120 for allowing another person who was not insured to use their vehicle and was fined £60 and ordered to pay £60 court costs for allowing a person without a licence to drive their vehicle.

m Simon Hamblett, aged 18, of Bradford Road, Holly Hall, was handed six licence points, fined £190 and ordered to pay £60 court costs for driving without a licence or insurance or MOT and failing to produce a licence for examination by police.

m Linda Sally Dawn McCarthy, aged 50, of Belle Isle, Brierley Hill, was handed a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £75 court costs for stealing various toiletry products worth £62.

On Monday March 5: m Christopher Robert Handley, aged 37, of Stourbridge Road, Holly Hall, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge for stealing aftershave worth £68. The defendant was also handed a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £87 court costs and £37 compensation on a further charge of stealing aftershave worth £37.

m Barry John Pemberton, aged 35, of Green Park, Kates Hill, was sent to prison for 11 weeks for causing £40 worth of damage to a door and was given an 11-week concurrent sentence for committing an offence while the subject of a conditional discharge.

m Leanne Szoros, aged 18, of Highland Road, Dudley, was handed a six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £90 compensation and £40 court costs for causing £180 worth of damage to a chest of drawers and shower.

On Tuesday March 6: m Shairaz Hussain, aged 21, of Himley Road, Dudley, was banned from driving for two years for six separate counts of driving without insurance.

On Wednesday March 7: m Mohammed Abdul Momin, aged 21, of Broom Road, Wrens Nest, was banned from driving for two years and fined £150 on nine charges of driving without insurance. He was also ordered to pay £600 costs and fined £50 for failing to surrender to custody.
