PROPERTY developer Robert Brain has taken over as president of the Ross-on-Wye Chamber of Trade.
Robert is a well known businessman in the area and has been associated for many years with Collier and Brain.
He takes over from Nigel Maud, aged 41, who was elected to the office only last November but has had to step down due to ill health.
Robert Brain paid tribute to the work of Nigel Maud and the previous president Jo Ashman.
"In the next few weeks we will be discussing and adopting a Chamber business plan with key objectives for the short term future," said Robert Brain.
"I appeal to all businesses to get on board and help us to formulate this plan and implement it. Together we can make a difference."
