A MAN who inspired 40 amateur singers to perform at the Royal Albert Hall will host the third and final music debate in Oxford today.

Conductor Ivor Setterfield, above, will be joined by members of the Blackbird Leys Choir, County Music Service head Dick Hallam, singing tutor Fiona Dobie and Music Manifesto Champion Marc Jaffrey at Ruskin College, in Walton Street.

The talk entitled How music can change your life is the third Fivearts Cities debate held this year.

Tickets are free and the debate will run from 6.30pm until 8.30pm.
