A confidential service is available to offer on-the-spot support for people with concerns about hospital care.
The Patient Advice Liaison Service (Pals) is run at Eastbourne District General Hospital and the Conquest Hospital in St Leonards.
Pals member Julia Mertens (crct) said: "We advise and support patients, families and carers and provide information on NHS services.
"We are there to listen to concerns and suggestions and help sort out any problems as quickly as possible."
The service is available near the main entrances of both hospitals from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday.
