AN international storyteller showed students how to be creative with language.
Patrick Ryan met the Year 7 students at Belfairs High School in Leigh. He taught them about the art of telling stories and also talked about speaking in public with poise and confidence.
This week, the pupils who learnt from Mr Ryan will visit Leigh North Junior School to show off their newfound skills.
Deputy head of English Eleanor Lynch said: "The students have all shown great enthusiasm for the project and have greatly enjoyed working with Patrick.
"They are looking forward to showing off their skills to the pupils at Leigh North Street Junior School."
