BOROUGH students have the chance to be in the dock in a magistrates court contest.
The latest heat of the Magistrates Court Mock Trial Competition 2006/07 will take place at Warley Magistrates Court on Saturday March 10.
Schools taking part on the day include Hillcrest School and Community College in Netherton, Pedmore Technology College in Stourbridge and Thorns Community College in Quarry Bank.
The event kicks off at 9.15am and finish at 1.15pm.
Teams of 12 to 14-year-olds have the chance to take on roles including lawyers, witnesses and magistrates in a specifically-written criminal case, battling against other schools with performances judged by real life magistrates.
